Do I need experience with yoga?
No. The program is designed for all levels and meets you where you are.

How much time do I need each week?
Most sessions are around 30 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent.

Do I need equipment?
To help you get the most out of our sessionsβespecially our Fascia Release classβwe'll be using a few specific tools. Please have a foam roller and massage balls (or tennis/lacrosse balls) ready. For all other classes we recommend a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and/or elastic bands. Use weights if you'd like to spice up your practice.
